I'm Manu.
I've spent more than 17 years working with technology — from servers and networks to virtualization, security, hosting and software development.
My career started in system administration. Over time, my responsibilities expanded into infrastructure management, virtualization, security, hosting and IT leadership.
Along the way, I began building software to solve real problems I encountered in businesses. That started with office automation and exam software, and grew into websites, administration systems, WordPress and Shopify projects, custom applications and business software for clients in India and overseas.
Today I'm also actively exploring AI, language models and how automation can practically improve the way businesses and development workflows operate.

Understand before solving
Most technology problems look like technical problems but are actually operational problems. I try to understand what's actually broken before deciding what to fix.
Build for the real use case
Generic software adapted to fit a use case almost always leaves gaps. The systems I build are designed around how an organization actually works.
Breadth matters
Infrastructure problems often have software causes. Software problems often have hosting or security causes. Understanding the full stack helps diagnose what's actually wrong.

Expanded scope across infrastructure management, security and systems administration. Began building custom software to solve internal operational problems.

Established organization in Kerala
End-to-end ownership of IT infrastructure, server environments, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), security (Cyberoam/Sophos), networking, backup, disaster recovery, vendor coordination and IT operations.
